Brisbane based start-up, Incodocs, recently released details of its seed capital raise led by the biggest shipping company in the world, AP Moller-Maersk, and its corporate venture arm.
The raise was also backed by local VC funds, Transition Level Investments and Blackbird Ventures
Coghlan Duffy + Co were delighted to act for Incodocs on this strategic seed capital raise.
Incodocs offers a secure export documentation platform and compliance checks for participants in the global shipping industry. The funds will be used to develop smart technology and capitalise on opportunities in emerging markets, such as Africa and South-East Asia.
