We are pleased to have acted for the seller on the sale of Nebulr, an award-winning Melbourne-based Amazon Web Services partner, to UK-based Contino Holdings, Inc.
As part of the deal, Nebulr chief executive Craig Howe will take on the role of managing director for Contino Asia Pacific, and its 50-person staff will join Contino’s Australian business.
Contino has more than 200 staff across all locations, with 65 staff based in Australia including those coming over from Nebulr.
The CD + Co team was led by Director, John Coghlan and Senior Associate, Zain Kazi. Contino were represented by DLA Piper (Melbourne and US).
