Charly’s practice predominantly focuses on corporate, commercial and governance legal issues of ASX listed and unlisted public companies.
Charly has comprehensive experience with IPOs, secondary capital raisings, takeovers, ASX and ASIC compliance, customer and supplier contracts, finance arrangements, intellectual property and employment matters.

Jeremy specialises in tax matters.
He assists clients with tax issues as they relate to M&A transactions, general corporate and commercial transactions, and disputes with the revenue authorities. His clients include large corporations, investment funds, family groups, start-ups, accountants and high net worth individuals.
He has the benefit of experience in private and government practice, having previously worked in the M&A tax team at a Big 4 accounting firm, a mid-tier law firm, the State Revenue Office and the Australian Taxation Office.
Jeremy holds a Master of Laws specialising in taxation, is qualified as a chartered accountant and regularly presents and writes articles on topical taxation issues.

Carlie is a senior corporate lawyer with experience in corporate and commercial law, equity capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions.
She works with clients ranging from start-ups to ASX-listed companies across a broad range of industry sectors. Her focus is on corporate governance and company secretarial matters together with associated legal issues as they relate to her clients. She is entrusted with the role of Company Secretary for a number of listed and private entities.
Carlie has completed a Masters in Law (King’s College, London) and is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and Chartered Governance Institute.
